Zoning responsibilities in the township rest with a zoning officer and the zoning hearing board. Anyone with questions on land use, zoning restrictions or would like to obtain a land use permit should contact Zoning Officer, Gary Smith. The Zoning Officer may be reached at 726-4320 or 814-404-2847.

"911" - Any resident who has not yet received a "911" sign, please contact the Zoning Office. If a replacement is needed, a new sign may be purchased from the Zoning Office. The Township Zoning Ordinance requires every home to have a "911" sign.

 

The Zoning Office hours for 2010 are as follows:

April 1 - August 31 - Every Tuesday between 6:00 and 8:00 P.M.

September 1 - December 31 - 1st & 3rd Tuesday between 6:00 and 8:00 P.M.
